If you don’t know what probiotics don’t worry because that’s my job to educate you about them. probiotics are essentially food that is fermented and it contains a high level of “healthy” bacteria. I said “healthy” because these bacteria are very beneficial to your entire body, not like other bacteria’s that will make you feel sick. The issue with probiotics is that they have a very sour taste, but if you want to become healthy, then you have to deal with the taste. usually, everything that is healthy will have some unique taste that majority of people dislike.
Cleansing your body is a process that takes time and effort. You have to stay consistent with your diet if you want to completely cleanse your body from these harmful toxins. All of these foods that I have listed above need to be consumed regularly and not just a few times. You will not have the healing effect if you don’t stay dedicated. One more food type that is great for detoxication is leafy greens. Anything that has a big green leaf will help your body to clean itself, that’s why I suggest adding these leaves to your diet. Try putting them inside a soup that way you don’t have to deal with the taste.
